Customer privacy notice

We store the name, company and email you provide, a secure password hash, registration and consent timestamps, session records, and subscription/payment references. We use these records to manage your account, payments and platform access.

The platform does not store card details. Your name, email and subscription reference are sent to PayFast to process your subscription. Customer records are kept in the platform’s hosted database and its backups, and the administrator can view and export them.

To request access to, correction of or deletion of your customer information, contact [email protected]. Billing records may need to be retained after your account closes.

Essential session cookies keep you signed in. Logging out removes your current session.
